Kim Bang Industrial Zone IV is located on the Cau Gie - Ninh Binh expressway axis, quickly connecting Hanoi and industrial - logistics centers in the North, creating a "golden coordinate" advantage for businesses. Thanh Liem Industrial Cluster I is located in Thanh Huong, Thanh Nguyen and Thanh Tam communes, Thanh Liem district, Ha Nam province. With a scale of approximately 69.06 hectares, the project is designed with synchronous infrastructure, ensuring "industrial operation ready" with large-load internal traffic system, centralized electricity - water - waste treatment, firefighting and telecommunications to each lot. The project prioritizes clean manufacturing industries and high added value: mechanical manufacturing, electronic equipment, supporting industries, agricultural food processing, and logistics warehouse services.
